To ensure robust, scalable, and standards-compliant ICT infrastructure in Kano.

Key Functions:

Deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure in state MDAs and LGAs.

Establishment and enforcement of ICT standards and guidelines.

Development of Kano’s ICT architecture, including cloud and broadband infrastructure.

Supervision of data center and enterprise systems installations.

Review and certification of ICT projects and contractors for quality assurance.

Monitoring licensed ICT vendors and enforcing performance contracts.

Advising MDAs on best practices in procurement and project management.

Acting as the audit body for digital compliance assessments across government.
